Smaller run up to 500 off

Our copier machines are able to print double sided (duplex). Simultaneously, the machine will collate your document into page order.

These two facilities open up the possibility of creating booklets or church, club or society magazines and newsletters. Our clever booklet-making machine can be used to staple and fold your pages and cover, so that you end up with a neatly finished booklet, neatly finished and ready to send out.

For regular orders, which are presented to us on disc or as originals, the service is very fast, usually finished within 2 days. Naturally we pre-order stocks and reserve machine time for our monthly “regulars”. One-off orders may need artwork or special covers, which we can supply but need a little more time.

To add greater appeal to your booklets, we are able to print the cover in full colour (optional) and the inner sheets in black only. We will be pleased to quote for all options.

Longer runs over 500 off

We are not confined to smaller jobs and can offer our services for runs of many thousands, for which we would print by offset litho, this being more cost effective for longer runs.

Once again, we offer the option of a full colour cover and the use of colour on inner sheets. The booklet making process permits us to staple, fold and trim up to a maximum of 72 pages.

Creating your booklet pages

Many clients submit their ready-written booklet as a computer file. We are happy to accept data in this way. We will then carry out the pagination in readiness for printing. We are always happy to advise clients of the margin widths, type styles and sizes, importing illustrations etc.

Alternatively, we will be happy to typeset your publication from your draft and photo’s, however, there is a charge for this service.
